Note: The above target delivery time is only applicable to normal days. During peak seasons (such as price reduction periods, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas), we may arrange accordingly and post them on the website. Orders are generally delivered on time, but occasionally delays may occur. Delivery time is affected by factors beyond our control, including weather and accidents caused by shipping partners. Supermint is not responsible for any of these relevant circumstances. We recommend that customers submit orders as early as possible.
Track order status
Generally, we ship within 1 to 2 days after the order is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Then, the courier company will contact you via SMS or telephone call to inform you of the delivery of your order.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the product(s) ordered from the Supermint online store, we will provide the terms of the return according to the brand regulations. Please read the product description and return terms of the brand carefully.
Note: 14/18K gold, diamonds and earrings are not refundable.
In order to return the product, you must contact our customer service within 7 days of the date from the receipt of order to process the return of the relevant goods.
Therefore, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
If the order has quality problems, please contact the online customer service as soon as possible, providing photos with the quality defects. Upon confirmation from our customer service team, you may send the goods back to our return address. Due to the quality of the goods returned, the freight is borne by Supermint.
Be sure to return the item as described above.
If the returned item does not have the original label, or if the label is damaged, then the exchange may not be free.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Sales of goods cannot be returned.
Supermint monitors account activity and reserves the right to reject transactions, evaluate fees and/or close accounts based on order or return behaviour.

The brand does not offer exchanges and returns.
Commodity return conditions
• The returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and be kept intact.
• When returning the merchandise, you must return the complete original invoice/VAT invoice (if it has been sent to you) with its packaging and the product label.
• If the order contains a gift, they must be returned together. If you are purchasing a jewelry set, you must return the entire set of items in order to receive a refund or exchange.
• After the item has been shipped, please fill in the return order number on the Online Return Order Information or contact customer service and inform us of your tracking number so we can follow up and track the return progress.
• Due to the nature of its products, gold, 14/18K gold, diamond products and earrings are not accepted for return.
• Regarding the exchange, we currently only accept products that are replaced with different sizes and no size spreads (except for products of different sizes and different prices).
• If the returned item fails to meet the above conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to arrange a return or exchange for you.
Return and exchange process
If you decide to return or exchange a product, the specific process is as follows:
1. Please contact our online customer service, who will help you complete the return application.
2. After submitting the online return application, please send the goods as soon as possible to begin the procedure. In order to avoid return receipt problems, please follow our recommendations: choose to use SF Express, DHL Express, Hongkong Post
Express return: unless it is a product quality problem, Supermint does not bear the payment of freight.
3. After the product is shipped, please contact customer service and inform us of your waybill number.
4. Upon receiving your return, you will be refunded after confirming the original status, and the relevant funds will be returned to the account of the ledger within 3 to 5 working days. If you chose to exchange the product, we will exchange the goods within 2-3 working days after receiving your return.
5. After receiving the return and processing the refund/exchange, we will send you a notification via email or SMS.
Please note that the actual refund time displayed on the debit credit card account will depend on the card issuer's record. If you have any enquiries, please contact the bank directly.
The retail price of goods will vary depending on market trends, inventory levels and consumer demand. Therefore, the difference in the price of the goods produced will not be returned.
Your refund will be returned using the original form of payment.
Supermint cannot return customs duties and sales taxes. However, you can contact the local customs directly to recover these charges. Since this may not apply to certain countries and regions, we recommend that you hire a customs broker to claim the tariff of the returned goods.
Please note that due to the different processing time required for different payment methods, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 3 to 5 days.
All items to be returned must be brand new, not used, and still have all the Supermint and designer tags. We will not accept products that do not meet these requirements, and will return them to the customer as they are, with the return freight borne by the customer.
Please try the clothing carefully to ensure that the returned item is brand new and has not been used, and still has all the Supermint and designer tags.
Since dark-colored garments may be dyed in light-colored bags, handle the lighter-colored bags carefully when deciding whether to keep the purchased items.
If the quality of the product is unqualified, or does not meet the intended use or product description, it will not be considered a defective product. Goods damaged by normal wear and tear, or accidental and improper use may not be considered as defective products. If the item is defective upon arrival, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the order and receive a refund. If you have a product that exceeds this range and it has been longer than 14 days, please contact our customer service department.
We do our best to display the truest and most accurate colors of our products on the Supermint website. However, due to the differences between computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the monitor you are using will display completely accurate colors.
You must return the relevant goods to us within 14 days of receiving the order.
Goods returned after this period will not be accepted by Supermint.
