I received the perfect parcel and in it was my beautiful new dress. The customer service is first class - nothing is too much trouble. As with all e-commerce fashion sites, I had to return an item a couple of times, and, with Supermint, I never had any trouble! I also really like the little notes they leave personalising your purchases, making you feel special - not like just another buyer.
