We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The following conditions (the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”) constitute an agreement between you, whether as a casual visitor or a registered user (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Supermint., its affiliates, successors and assigns (“Supermint”, “us”, “our” or “we”), the owner and operator of the [supermint.me] website, our mobile application(s), our blog(s), and any other website(s) owned and/or operated by Supermint, all content and features contained therein (collectively, the “Site”) as well as any related newsletters, e-mails, notifications, products or services provided by us (collectively, the “Services”) purchased or accessed through Supermint. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with these terms, you should not continue and access this site. You will be deemed to have accepted this Terms & Conditions if you continue to use this site.

We reserve the right to update, change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. If any material changes are made to these Terms, We will notify you by posting the revised Terms on the Services or notifying you through the Services. You may use the Services solely for your personal and non-commercial use, unless authorized by Supermint. You agree to only access or use our services solely for legal purposes as allowed by these Terms.

Remarks in the form of “Interview, editor’s notes”, or quotes etc., expressed are the personal opinions of Supermint or the featured guests. Any content posted on any of our social media platform means you also grant Supermint rights to use any content you provide for its own purposes including republication in any form or media. We reserve the right at its sole discretion not to publish or to remove any comment including those that it believes may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libelous, incite hatred or violence, detrimental to people, institutions, religions or to people's privacy, which may cause harm to minors, is detrimental to the trade marks, patents and copyrighted content, contains personal data, improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses.

The personal opinions of the designers and labels whose products we sell, or any third parties with whom we are associated are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Supermint and we accept no responsibility for any such views expressed in any media.

LIABILITY

Supermint does not guarantee that the use of the Site and Services will be error-free or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. It is recommended that all users of the Site to ensure they have up-to-date software, including anti-virus, installed with regular and scheduled updates.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Supermint will take all measures to ensure that the Content and the product descriptions on the Site to be accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that Content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error-free. Please refer to our Returns policy if you feel a product offered by Supermint is not as described. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any item of the Services without notice. Supermint will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time and for any period.

Due to unforeseen events, we will always inform and prioritize shipping and/or collecting the services at the most reasonable time.

DISPLAY of ITEMS on the WEBSITE

• While we make every effort to describe and display every Item as accurately as possible, you should be aware that the colour and appearance of the Item as displayed on your computer monitor or any other display may differ from the actual colour and appearance of the Item.
• Items sold through the Website are sold “as is” and accordingly we encourage Buyers to carefully review all photographs and the description of the condition of any Item which they are considering buying.
• We also encourage you to contact us if you have any questions regarding an Item before buying it. You may call us or email to service@supermint.me.
• The display of Items and prices on the Website does not constitute an offer on our part. No Agreement shall come into existence unless and until we accept your order for an Item.

PRICING

Prices are shown on the Site in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is accepted will be honored except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavors to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

If your credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

All prices are exclusive of postage, hand delivery (where available) and packing which shall be charged at checkout or via email for confirmation for special orders.

PRIVACY POLICY

We recognize and respect the importance of protecting the privacy of visitors to our website. We fully comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Supermint needs to collect certain personal details when you register with us and use the website in order to facilitate the provision of our service and to maintain our quality standards. We do not collect or hold credit or debit card details; these are collected and processed securely by our third party payment processing agent in compliance with PCI data security standards.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data whilst it is being transmitted to or from our website; any transmission is at your own risk.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We will treat your complaint confidentially, investigate your complaint and aim to ensure that we contact you and that your complaint is resolved within a reasonable time.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The TOS, together with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong SAR law. The relevant courts of Hong Kong SAR will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these TOS.
